Closing the Day

STOP! Before sending this form be absolutely certain that ALL items on the Closing Checklists have been completed properly!

I hereby affirm that I have properly closed the day at Surf Dog's Sports Grill. This includes, without exception:

I ensured that all customers left the premises and that the doors were locked prior to 2:00am;

I reviewed the Server, Cook and Closing Attendant checklists to ensure that all duties therein have been fully and properly completed;

I have completed the Bartender Closing Checklist in its entirety, including Closing the Day in the POS system; and

I have double checked all doors to ensure they are securely locked and I will properly set the alarm after sending this report.
